You may think that renting an RV and heading off on a week-long adventure sounds like a great idea, right? But before getting too psyched and asking all your friends to join you, we at Martin RV Rental want to make sure you are familiar with a few of our basic rental policies. (Be sure to check out our Rental Terms and Conditions for more detailed information.)
Are you considering booking a motorhome rental for your 21st birthday? Sorry, friend. You will have to wait a few more years. In order to book an RV rental, you must be at least 25 years old and be able to present a valid driver’s license.
All RV rental drivers must hold a valid driver’s license. Additionally, all drivers must present their driver’s licenses at pickup, prior to leaving the Martin RV Rental premises. If you’re having your motorhome rental delivered, all drivers’ licenses must be e-mailed or faxed to our office at least 10 days before the rental terms begin.
Before you can enjoy your RV rental, you must pay the agreed-upon rate and additional charges in full. Martin RV Rentals staff cannot allow you to leave our premises without full payment. If we are delivering your travel trailer rental, you must pay your balance at least one day prior to your rental start date. (Please be sure to read the full rental terms for more information on rental payment and deposits.)
We strive to keep all our RV rentals smoke-free, so please plan not to smoke in any of our rentals. Failure to comply with our no-smoking policy may result in additional fines to cover the cost of cleaning and deodorizing the camper rental.
We love a cute puppy as much as the next guy, but we also know that lil’ Fido can unintentionally leave his mark. Therefore, we allow pets for an additional $500 fee and with the understanding that pets are to be crated while in the motorhome rental.
